Wow, 10,000 fitness minutes in 5 1/2 months. That's an average of about 2,000 minutes a month. I started this journey many years before I discovered SparkPeople, but it's been fun tracking everything here. I'm at (almost) maintenance. I get so much exercise at work that I no longer watch my calories. If I eat under 2,000 calories, I can't even make it through the day. Life is good. New picture coming soon. I got a new swimsuit for my birthday and I love it. It fits great. I have never owned a swimsuit that I like until now. It wasn't cheap, but it was well worth it. It has a good built in bra and a tight tummy panel to hold in all my extra belly skin that I have from the 115 lb weight loss.
