Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight.
What do you want to change?
the way I look, the way I feel, my energy level, my activity level.
How do you want to look?
I'd love to look HOT in a fitted tank top, skinny jeans, & knee high moccasin boots.
Actually, I'd just like to look healthy and fit and self-confident.
How do you want to feel?
Confident. No more embarrassment. Energetic. No more laziness or getting winded so fast.
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
Go up a flight of stairs without breathing heavy.
Shop in regular sizes again.
Feel confident around others.
Tie my shoes without holding my breath and grunting. LOL!
Fit comfortably in a roller coaster seat.
Run.? nah, I never ran. (only after kids) LOL. But I'd like to be able to if I wanted to.
not have weight related health issues.
And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!
I want to DO stuff! I want to travel someday... take surfing lessons... hula dance at a luau... sail... go to a class reunion... run into old friends without feeling I went downhill since highschool or college... enjoy the beach without worrying about looking like a whale... my attitude from a frumpy don't-see-me... to an energetic let's-have-fun!!! and other more personal things hubs will appreciate. **wink wink**
