Last night was hilariously awful food and exercise wise.
Tried making a vegetable curry - curry paste was rancid, or something. Two bites and it went in the trash.
Tried making buffalo wings (just simple, frozen ones from a box), my non stick cookie sheet failed me, and I had to throw out the little I could unstick from the sheet. I ate maybe half of 4 of them.
Then I decided to just microwave a breakfast sandwich I had in the freezer because I hadn't come close to my calorie goal and was still hungry. Yeah, expired over a year ago, and I bought it a month ago.
I wound up eating a bag of baby carrots, and still came 200 calories under my lower limit. Then I was so sick from the curry, I couldn't exercise.
Today I said to hell with it and went to my favorite thai place and got yellow curry chicken (which was awesome) and a thai iced tea. It was awesome. I will exercise tonight and tomorrow (usually my "off" days) to make up for not exercising last night.
