I am so fed up of losing things, breaking things and falling over things...

Things are still going well. Been having my heb and hea and syns and free food and soopa free food...

Since last saturday I have not gone off track. And I am enjoying it.

I used to despise 'diet' cottage cheese but I never realised I could cook with it. Sounds nasty but there is nothing quite like a cottage cheese omelette with veggies to fill one up..

Mind you, I am eating an awful lot of eggs...

This morning for breakfast I had an apple betty- slices of apple with egg, yoghurt, splenda and vanilla - added cinnmon and baked in the oven. mmmMMmm

In fact off to make something similar for my brekkie tomorrow.
