Another week has come and gone.
And I must say, it was a pretty good week!
My gym membership from work kicked in this week and started going to the gym again (FINALLY!)
Tuesday I went and ran on the treadmill for a bit. It was SO hot in there and I got so bored on the treadmill that my run wasn't the best. Actually it kinda sucked to be honest! But I realized that I should just keep my runs outside. Not only do I run further, but faster, and I feel better! AND the scenery is soooo much better! *Noted!*
Wednesday I went some of the girls from work to a SET (Strength & Endurance Training) Class at the gym. It kicked my BOOTAY! But I loved every second of it! That is the type of class that I used to LOVE going to! And I'm super excited to keep going. Not to mention, its obviously doing something for me because my body is crazy sore! (And call me crazy, but I love that too!)
Thursday, since I was traveling and in meetings all day, I woke up super early and went to the gym for a bit. I didn't do too much since I was so sore but 40 min on the ellipical is pretty decent, I think!
I'm taking today off to let my muscles recover a little bit. I'm REALLY hoping that the hubs will be up for a hike or 2 this weekend! Speaking of my amazing husband, this morning he told me he could tell I had been working out and that I looked like I was thinning out! Yayyyy!!! That made me soooo happy!
