So i've just joined this challenge!
never done on before and i'm ohhhh soooo excited! I love when my competitiveness gets to come out!
I'm ready to do this... i'm ready to be lookin better than ever for summer.. Soooo here we go!
Gym clothes and water bottle
Exercise plan: Work out at least 30 minutes everyday and increase level as needed.....DON"T SETTLE!
Diet plan: I will eat whole healthy foods. with a well balanced plate... whole grains, proteins, fruits, veggies!
Know how to connect with team mates( I think so If not I will surely ask a lot of questions)

I will weight in every week! I will push my self and encourage my team mates! and I WILL DO MY BEST!
By the way as of right now my 5% is 12.05 lbs! I got this!
