After about a month of the scale not moving or yo-yoing, it is finally moving downward. I have recommitted myself to P90X and I am back running consistantly. Now I need to also focus on my eating. I tend to think because I workout a lot, that I can eat anything I want. That could be why the scale did not move. This week I started tracking my points again and staying within my points range and I am really losing the weight!!!! Plus I dropped a pants size!!!! And the new jeans are actually starting to get loose on me!!!!
This weekends weather is suppose to be nice, so I plan on getting some hiking and running in. Also can't wait to start getting outside to my garden!! Saw my first robin the other day, so it should not be long now!!!!!!
Heres to another week of the downward trend on the scale!!!!
