Finally A Decent Loss.

This week went pretty well. I tracked everyday and even worked out 3 times in 5 days. I lost 3.4 lbs this week which I know could have been better if I pushed myself harder when I was working out and made some better food choices, but I'm taking the loss. This is just motivation to make me work even harder this weekend and during the week!
It's an awful feeling re-losing the weight, or continuing to the same numbers. I want to see new numbers, so going to put in the time and hardwork. I need to continue to recognize the little things that make me feel amazing ie- changes in the way my body looks, different clothing styles, new clothing options and what foods I like that I would have never liked before.
My weekend goal is to track everything I eat and drink this weekend. I can do this!
