Plateau Blues

I am on a plateau, it is frustrating.

I have increased the intensity of my workouts, and I do see the muscles firming but the scale is not moving and the inches don't change. I really thought that I would be dropping pounds with all the exercise.

But it seems that for now, i am gaining some muscle and not gaining weight, so I must be losing some fat, so overall that is a good thing.

I will not give up!

    I can totally relate. I have been eating well and exercising at least an hour per day. My weight and measurements remain the same. I must admit that when I look at myself naked in front of a mirror I can definitely see changes in my body. I have rediscovered my long lost ribs and there is now some definition in my abdominal muscles.
