I am on a plateau, it is frustrating.
I have increased the intensity of my workouts, and I do see the muscles firming but the scale is not moving and the inches don't change. I really thought that I would be dropping pounds with all the exercise.
But it seems that for now, i am gaining some muscle and not gaining weight, so I must be losing some fat, so overall that is a good thing.
I will not give up!
