I just finished the Leslie Sansone two mile 30 minute workout. Oh my goodness, it was tough for me. I kept looking at the big timer in the upper left of the screen. It's amazing how something so simple can give you such a good workout. I might be brave enough to try it again tomorrow, or just go back to the easier 1 mile 15 minute workout. Although I do feel really good. It's going to be a good nights sleep for me.
