Help needed~!

Ok, I have been working out for the last few months. I have been also been eating clean, around 1500 calories a day. But here lately I am exhausted!!! I don't know why. I take a muli-vitamin, b12 and fish oil daily. I also get 8 hours of sleep a day.

Any suggestions to get my energy up? Thanks!!!

    Are you stressed? You been to the doctor lately? I was feeling fatigued several years ago. Kept thinking it was just LIFE making me feel that way with two little ones and one of them being high maintenance in the medical department. But I had a routine lab draw that showed a thyroid problem. A possibility for you? Who knows but might be a starting point?
