Have not been on Sparkpeople foe a few days...and then just to check in quick. Kinda backsliding in the healthy eating department. Have gained a few pounds...not happy with the scale right now, but still stepping on it every Monday. Have started out each day with good intentions...packing a healthy lunch and having a decent breakfast...but, it falls apart a little as the day wears on. I am in need of some extra willpower.
Its not all bad. In the last three weeks I have run two 5k's...34:20 & 30:07...not too bad for a wheezing geezer. Also, Tuesday, I made it back to the gym after a 3 week hiatus. I am going to try harder to get back to my fitness routine.
I guess I am breaking even...but would like to get back to making progress. It can be easy to fall back into old, unhealthy patterns....but I can do better.
