So.. today I had a lot of meetings so only got 35 gms of protein for my Big Ass Breakfast. Lots of fat though! I was at 136.2 lbs today. My upper body is beginning to look muscular -- I am getting shoulder definition -- something I only get when I workout a lot with weights.
I ate at 6:00 am so by around 1:00 pm I was hungry and had a Ceasar Salad. It did have some croutons but what the heck. I will try to be good tonight. At least I got some veggies -- yesterday I got one serving of vegetables. Not good I know.
I am still clinging to agave but I am down to 1 teaspoon from tablespoons a few weeks ago.
