Days 7 & 8

Made some more bad choices today. Unfortunately, there were still some pretzels and chips around her from my company. Threw the rest out after getting into them mindlessly.
Did get my water in and keep tracking the food even tho embarassing. .
Still a little dizziness, but better. I think the rest idea was on track!
Day 8 - weight in day - lost 3 lbs even with my bad choices some days this week. On track with my water today. Need to do some exercise because I feel like a slug. I also need a massage bad--I have knots all over me.
