Well even tho im not wanting to take a day or 2 off from working out i have to. i tried doing a couple extra new things other day and I'M FEELING it last night and today.my body hurts so bad! i just hate the thought of 'a break' because this is when ive quit before but i'm NOT going to let it stop me this time. i've stuck to this every day now for about 5 or 6 weeks(i started working out a week or 2 before i joined spark people) and this is the first day i'm missingI've been taking Saturday's off so i just figured id work out Saturday instead. i just hope 2 days is going to be enough because i cant afford to take any more time off than 2 days! I've had a hard enough time losing weight.
