Yes the weight loss has recommenced and have just broke through the 95kg barrier. It gave me extra incentive to walk more today than I managed yesterday. Only reached just over 9000 steps yesterday - today got over 14000 - a new high. It helped that it was a beautiful Autumn day.
My goals of 2000 minutes and 280,000 steps for March are well on track. After 8 days I have 606 minutes (average of 75 minutes per day and only needing average of 65) and 86,133 steps (average of 10766 steps per day and only needing average of 9000).
I feel that I can conquer the world
....or at least walk all over it.
