Wow! Is it really March already? Where did the past two months go?
I have fallen off the wagon and climbed back on. Currently back to my exercise program with a few modifications. Finally strength training this week and it HURTS SO GOOD!!!
Fighting the "blue funk" that comes with slow progress. My heaviest was 230 lbs. and I currently weigh 209.8 lbs., so I choose to CELEBRATE that!
