Supreme 90 Day...Days 9, 10, & 11 done

I switched my rest day from Day 10 to Day 9...I needed it. I was sore after doubling up for 2 days in a row. AND...when I got up at 5am to workout, DH had never gone to bed and was in the middle of a movie. I took it as a sign and went back to bed. Later explained to DH he is to be in bed by 4:30am so I can work out at 5. We'll see if that sticks or not.

Got up at 5am Tues and did ultimate ball. Gotta say, whoever recommended going barefoot, that was a winner. I can feel the ball better and I don't slip off as bad without shoes. Next time I'm going to go the next logical step and make sure I wear shorts instead of my capris...they were just long enough they kept slipping on the ball sometimes.

Almost didn't do my Day 11 Tabata workout today. Had a tough day. I was beating myself up pretty bad emotionally. It would have been easier to just skip the workout and go to bed. But then that would have been just one more failure in my life (I know I'm not a failure, but it's a constant battle dealing with my negative self talk sometimes). Anyway, my workout tonight kinda went like this.

I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. Put in DVD. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. Push play. Call television names for warm up. Pause video to get ponytail holder. I still don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. I don't wanna. Push play. Do better on the first few circuits than I did last time. Okay. I still don't wanna. Keep going. Push play to check on the noise...kid or cat fight?...cat fight outside...break it up. Back to living room. I still don't wanna. I don't wanna. Push play. Only swear at tv once or twice until the last two 4 min circuits. Lots of swearing and 'I hate you' directed at the television...stretch. Okay. Done. Now I'm supposed to get up and do Shoulders/Arms for Day 12 in about 5 hours.

I don't wanna. I may not. I may just rest and do it tomorrow night. DH won't be home, so it shouldn't be a problem...of course, if he gets off early, then it's a problem. It won't get done. Blah. I'll try. Then I could go to bed EARLY tomorrow. Uh...yeah right.

Anyway...Days 9, 10, & 11 done...rest day, ultimate ball, tabata inferno. Shoulders/arms tomorrow.

    Aren't you glad you didn't listen to your Don't Wanna's and instead completed it. Do you feel a sense of accomplishment?

I know all about those Don't Wanna days. Way to fight through and not give in!!!!!!!

Way to go for getting that exercise done despite the "don't wannas"!!! But instead of "Okay. Done." you should have some big WOO HOOs and happy dancing! You are doing great!
