  Please do not let yourself fall in love with Crossfit!

Many have made that mistake and ended up in the emergency room because Crossfit workouts demanded too much of them too quickly.

Crossfit is a very dangerous and demanding lover. It's far better to turn your back on Crossfit now and put your infatuation for it in your past than to continue this love affair and experience the pain it will undoubtedly cause you.
