My life has a certain synchronicity to it that I have come to depend on. When I need something, it somehow manifests itself in front of me. All I need to do is not miss it.

Today was a tough day for me. And I was starting to let doubts creep in. Can I keep up this project for another seventy-two days? Will my body hold up through each of the events ahead? Am I going to be able to run another full marathon? Stupid worries and fears.

Fortunately for me, there’s Action 139 – Pay Attention. Just as those negative thoughts were creeping in, I stumbled across a blog written by my buddy, Marc Moder (Endorsed/Not Endorsed). He was promoting this amazing video, and the lyrics felt as if they were written just for me in this moment.

When the Universe speaks to me, my only task is to pay attention. Thanks, Marc, for relaying that message today.
