Still exercising, and still watching my calories. I switched up my foods to get a little more fish and protein, so that was fun. I'm still at the same weight, but I fully expected to be. I only gained about 3 pounds of water weight during my period, which is oddly low for me. Generally I gain 5-10. I've already lost it though, so that's really nice! Usually it hangs around for a week.
Tonight I'm going to treat myself to some hot wings, as I had a very light lunch. I'm stupidly excited about hot wings.
A friend borrowed my ipad to test it out, and I miss it. It's my best friend while I'm riding my bike, because I can play games, read, or watch videos on it. I miss you, ipad, come home soon.
