March 7, in the 60s, looking good emoticonLooking forward to warmer, sunnier days. I'm doing well with my nutrition, and exercise. Eating mindfully. Exercising 15 minutes every night.
Sleeping well (my hubby says I snore all night emoticon) Keeping busy. Hmm. but like now I have moments when I'm bored and too tired to do anything about it. On second thought, I was in my kitchen a few minutes ago, had my light snack and felt like eating some more. Hold It! Don't mess're doing good. Too tired, too bored? Better spark.. I am. emoticon

    My husband said I wake him up. I don't start kicking in until around 6am and I'm waking up at 7am to do my workouts. I don't know what this man is hearing, but I know I must be his alarm clock that wakes him up. Keep up the good work.

Snoring is a good sign of great rest. Keep on doing it.
He'll get over it. Mines didn, and he does the same. Snoring and keeping me from falling into a deep sleep.
