March 7, in the 60s, looking good
Looking forward to warmer, sunnier days. I'm doing well with my nutrition, and exercise. Eating mindfully. Exercising 15 minutes every night.
Sleeping well (my hubby says I snore all night
) Keeping busy. Hmm. but like now I have moments when I'm bored and too tired to do anything about it. On second thought, I was in my kitchen a few minutes ago, had my light snack and felt like eating some more. Hold It! Don't mess up..you're doing good. Too tired, too bored? Better spark.. sooooo..here I am.
