Well, I made sure to start the week off slowly since I'm still coughing. I did a weight based workout on Monday and took a walk. Sunday and Tuesday were just a light walking video each and a walk in the afternoons. Today I did a lower body workout and a short kickboxing dvd that arrived yesterday followed by a short walk video (each workout was 20 minutes or less). I'm feeling better but didn't push myself too much. I'll probably take a walk after lunch and rest more. Nothing too exciting but I really want to avoid a relapse so I'm focused on taking it slow.
