Hello! I got up at 5 am, walked for 45 minutes! Then came home an did strength training for 30 minutes, stretched for 10, and made my protein shake. It has been a full morning so far! I am glad it is warm out. It was so nice to walk and the wind was so warm. I worked up quite the sweat! So I have to get ready for work, but I just had to share! I hope you all have a great day!
