I have faithfully tracked my food portions for a week.
I have drank at least 100 ounces of water.
I have made awesome food choices 97% of the time.
I have slept at least 6 hours a night .
I have avoided salt as often as possible.
I have been on a carb and caffeine alert.
I am aware of what is going into my body and because of that I really am feeling better. I am thinking more clearly and managing my stress! I have the energy to exercise and I feel like I could dance all night!
My hopes are that you too are finding extra energy from managing a Spark life style. I have many short goals taped to my calendar. This week is just 1 week of many! Over the last 3 years I have learned that small achievable goals are just as rewarding as the long term ones.
Whoo Hoo I have lost over 5 pounds this week!
