Back down to 136 lbs. Is there a correlation between the low carb tortillas and weight? Not sure yet but I will find out since I am out of them and have no time to go and get them.
I was very hungry yesterday -- At 6:00 am I ate eggs and bacon and veggie sausage for breakfast. At 12:30, lunch was half a tortilla with half of a bean burger and cheese and yogurt with Truvia. At 6:30 pm, dinner was just a carton of fage yogurt with some cream and Truvia -- no snacking in between but after about 5 hours I was very hungry especially in the morning and later afternoon. I will try to up my fat content and see if that helps.
On the positive side, I see that my upper body looks slimmer and more muscular. My belly is still poochy though and I look puffier around the middle. After I see my doctor next week, I will have some test results and a starting point. I want to try and measure my glucose 15 minutes after eating dairy to see if it spikes my blood sugar.
I haven't tried exercise yet. Maybe next week.
