HIIIIIIIIIIII Sparkfriends!
I mentioned last week about having to give a speech in my oral communications class and that I was doing mine on Body Rock...well I wasn't supposed to go until thursday but I volunteered to go today because one of my classmates didn't show ...(I wanted to get it overwith) I showed these two pictures of myself to the class:
Now this isn't all due to body rocking..but it explains how far I've come and how doing body rock can help that..I felt confident giving the presentation and I even showed them mountain climbers...I cannot believe I had the confidence to get up there and do this..and because it was something I really enjoy I wasn't as nervous. I felt like I did really well. My classmate told me he was proud of me..actually he sang it to me LOL...It was cool. I showed them the site..explained what it was ..precautions..etc...I closed it with this quote that I really think rings true:

Everyone really liked that quote too. (I hope my grade reflects my efforts!) Some of my classmates said they were going to check out the body rock site so that was cool!
As some of you know I was debating bangs...I went yesterday had her cut some...long ones....well..they were too long..like in my eye..so I went back today and she made them shorter:
Not real drastic but I think they make me look softer...I like the little change! I didn't want blunt bangs because my hair is naturally wavy...but yeah..there ya go.
So yesterday morning I did one legged gypsy (posted about this before) the first time I did it about a month ago I did it in about 23 mins...yesterday I did it in 16 mins and 18 seconds! I was super happy about this.....last night I decided to tackle ZWOW #7 (I have been eating pretty bad lately..in the sweets..and just..in everything) this workout was intense...

I really really need to improve my jump rope skills....I mean..they're BAD. So tonight..I'm gonna do jump rope intervals after I take Kodi to baseball tryouts..I'm starting to feel a little better ...eating a bit better today so that is good too! ..OH TOM...you get me everytime! UGH!!
