I can't wait to get back to running. Sitting around waiting for my surgery is really annoying, but on a positive note I've found some strength exercises I can do: leg adduction, abduction, extensions, leg curls, leg raises, calf rocking and of course any abs and arms are safe for me to do. I'm not really into strength training, I rather run 5 miles, but at least it's something.
