Hi everyone! I have decided to see if I can keep to a food plan already planned by myself for the day and put on the fridge to follow and check off daily! So far , it has worked ~[ I am of course only into Day 2}!
What do YOU do to keep yourself motivated or when you have backslid concerning food choices or weight gain?
