Hi everyone! I have decided to see if I can keep to a food plan already planned by myself for the day and put on the fridge to follow and check off daily! So far , it has worked ~[ I am of course only into Day 2}!

    Wow Besty, that's a great idea. I've gotten slack this past two weeks with DH gone and I can tell the difference. Going to try this plan.

    I keep motivated when I exercise because if I exercise, I don't want to counteract the effort with eating too much! emoticon
