My Husband had a colonopscopy (sp?) last week and all is well!! They found a couple of polyps that could have turned bad if left, so they took them out!! So grateful for modern medicine. And tests that can help avoid bad situations. Moved my daugher's family into their own appt. this weekend and I'm totally wore out. The healthy eating went out the window as we were eating out all weekend. I would like to say that I made good choices but I didn't. And I've gain some weight back. I worked so hard that every inch on me hurt. But I must have ate way to many calories! I'm learning!! Next big trial is a month long vacation!! We are going to do some site seeing and then go visit my Husbands brother in Georgia. They are older and I won't have any control over what I eat, but hopefully I will make better choices than I did this weekend. I don't want to undo all that I've done! We are leaving Monday. I also recieved the news that grandchild number 11 that's due in August is a boy!! I love being a grandma!! I really miss the little 4 year old that has lived with us for a while and he's only been gone 1 day!!lol It's so quite here!!!
