well well

so even though I only lost .3 pounds this last week I dropped 2 inches from my waist!! which makes me super excited, I was getting a little down from my weigh in. now I will do measurements more often. My eating has been pretty good, a little over most days but I am going to try and really hit it today. I got so close yesterday. Exercise is still a struggle, but I have a plan. I joined the Spring boot camp (starting today) I am also going to make it my goal to get up earlier and do some yoga every morning. I dont know why it is so hard for me to get out of bed! I know part of the problem is that I need to go to bed earlier but right now I cant sleep when I lay down early. I think exercise is the key for me, I have been eating really well and it doesnt seem to make much of a difference. I know it is my meds making it harder for me to lose, but I am going to lose damn it!
