Positive steps forward

So far this week purchased a pedometer, used for the first time yesterday, was surprised at the end of the day it tracked almost 6,000 steps, but I do have to add yesterday was a more active day then most. Also bought a new blood pressure gauge, which replaced a very old one, at 62 I am very grateful I am not on any meds, except allergy pills when needed. I also bought a set of resistance bands, never used them, but after watching some video, thought I would give it a shot, all of these were sparked by what I am learning in this community for a healthier way of life. Lastly, I picked up the SparkPeople Cookbook, can't wait to read the tips and experience some of the recipes. As you can see yesterday was a very busy day around town.
