I have exams spread out over the next week (I've been in the exam-studying-period for about 5 days already). Tomorrow's the biology exam, monday mechanics(physics) and next wensday programming.
Exam period usually means a lot of carbs for me, as it has also done this time, and that combined with TOM next week means that I'm not keeping within my calorie range every day right now.
I'm focusing on the positive; even though I've been eating more chocolate than I should, I've snacked more on frozen berries, mango and bananas. Compared to the beginning of the school year I make sure I do some exercise, however light, each day and unlike in december I've managed to logg all my food intake so far.
Most of all I am focusing on my studies. So even if I log on to SP, weightloss has dropped a point at the priority list.
Two promises for the future: I'll do my best not to spiral out of control the next week, and I'll be even better prepeared the next time the Exam period comes around!
