I am just so proud of myself--yesterday I went for my daily 2 mile walk with my daughter and was able to jog a little of the way. I NEVER thought I would be able to do that--I would get out of breath walking quickly , but now I can walk for a bit then jog for a bit and alternated like that for most of our walk--and I wasn't feeling like I was going to have a heart attack :D My plan is to be able to jog the whole way eventually but that is a ways off--for now I am happy to be able to jog/walk.
I also weighed myself this morning and lost 6 pounds :D!!! My coat wasn't too tight to zip up either. And this is only the first week and a half!!
