Going well so far...
Although I was under the impression that Cadbury Freddy's are 3 syns not 5 - the 3 I had still managed to keep me in my syn limit.
My menu is usually goes like this..
Wholemeal bread x 2 (Healthy Extra A)
28g Low Low spread
Quinoa, quorn, peas, courgette, coriander, lemon juice, chili (forgot the garlic)
Pasta, spinach, quark,baby bel ( healthy extra B) melted on asparagus
Yogurt with strawberries
I'm certainly not hungry and I am enjoying it so far. It will be interesting what happens when I weigh at the end of the month.
