All I can say is your weight may fluctuate on this weightloss journey. One reason you may not see the difference on the scale is because muscle weigh more than fat. So, maybe your weight is coming off in inches. Another reason may be because you have been sick and not eating the calories suggested in your calorie range and your body is holding on for dear life of the body fat it has thinking it's going to starve. The most important reason you may not be losing and gaining is because you have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. With fibromyalgia the metabolism change. A slower metabolism means fewer calories burned. You also have to remember that you may struggle with pain sometimes or maybe most of the time. Because of the pain it may make it more difficult for you to reach a intensity level to burn calories. The medicines that you are taking for fibromyalgia could also be decreasing your metabolism and making you retain fluid. But at any rate, I say you speak with your doctor. I am by no means a doctor but i do have a friend that has fibromyalgia and I can only offer you what I know. But we can figure this out together. I got your back. emoticon

The struggle for the weight to come off is continuous ups and downs. Believe me, you will get to the point where you notice the clothes getting lose and yourself looking thinner if you continue to exercise and watch Nutrition. The work will pay off but sometimes weight gain happens

I have the same struggles, and it's hard to keep going. Hang on to how well you feel - less depressed/more energetic. We all lose at different rates. emoticon
