It has been awhile since I made an entry and I wanted to let everyone know that my diet is still on track. Last week I was able to get back into the routine of working out everyday. My workout buddy and I tried to progress in our "30 day shred" video but we find level 1 to be our favorite. Not just because its easier (cause its not) but because it has more cardio and makes us sweat. Today we decided that we are going to start trying new videos and seeing where we want to go from here. It has been over 30 days since we started and we are ready for something new.
Time to cook dinner and clean up the house before bedtime. Take care Spark people. Remember that YOU got this, everyday.
