Set back

After having amazing results in January. February was a disaster. Actually, by Feb 7 I had lost a total of 23 pounds. Than things began to come apart. There was a lot of special events In February which included opportunity to eat or in my case overeat.(Super Bowl, 16 friends came over to our house,rewards banquet,wife's birthday,Valentine's Day) Plus, I have another health issue and my doctor has advised to stop exercising until they find out what is going on. I see another doctor on Thursday. Because of the concerns I have been more anxious lately and have eaten more. The goods news I have not regained all of the weight. I must get control of this desire of running to food when stressed.

    Hey Phil. Life is full of special events, celebrations, weddings, funerals, lots of things that can derail a strict DIET plan. Thats why, in my opinion, our food plans have to be flexible and adaptable enough for us as we work on our relationships with food--which, in my opinion is the real culprit. naturally thin people dont worry about special events--only fat ones do. :)
keep working on the journey, and it all falls into place in its own time and way.

    So hard not to overeat at special events!
And when you don't know what is going on with your health...that would probably make me eat also!

    Oh, it's so hard to NOT turn to food when stressed!!! I have the same problem. I am finally back on track and hope to stay there for a while. I hope March will be a better month for you, Phil.
