SASS Wk1 Challenge

SASS goals: I am committing to work up to 5 days a week for 30 minutes. For me I have to find activities that are fun and doable. I am going to start taking advantage of the classes at the Y and see what I can come up as good fit.

My goals for March is to consistenly track my food and to go back to the basics of measuring my food instead of guesstimatting.

    You got this girl. Get a calendar out and put it on your fridge. draw some X through that every you work out. its great motivation.
