Well it's already the 5th and I haven't even thought about goals for this month...except for my organizing ones...so this is a wing it month...setting the bar a bit higher just because I really need to get the scale moving in the right direction again...(Leeann...lol)
1. Cardio - keep to schedule with my pump program plus hit the gym 5X a week.
2. BodyBalance 2 or 3X a week...
3. BodyPump 2X a week at the gym..
4. NO SNACKING - after 8pm...this is going to be a tough one...
5. Organizing - need to get my home binder done, also go through my digital clutter...my email accounts are OUT OF CONTROL!!!
OK...not bad for working off the top of my head...really just need to start using my head when it comes to food...adding in a bit more carbs in the morning for this week and will have to asses next week...
Looking forward to working with the YELLOWJACKETS...we are going to kick it this month
