March GOALS!

Well it's already the 5th and I haven't even thought about goals for this month...except for my organizing ones...so this is a wing it month...setting the bar a bit higher just because I really need to get the scale moving in the right direction again...(Leeann...lol)

1. Cardio - keep to schedule with my pump program plus hit the gym 5X a week.

2. BodyBalance 2 or 3X a week...

3. BodyPump 2X a week at the gym..

4. NO SNACKING - after 8pm...this is going to be a tough one...

5. Organizing - need to get my home binder done, also go through my digital clutter...my email accounts are OUT OF CONTROL!!!

OK...not bad for working off the top of my head...really just need to start using my head when it comes to food...adding in a bit more carbs in the morning for this week and will have to asses next week...

Looking forward to working with the YELLOWJACKETS...we are going to kick it this month

    I don't know why Jacqui keeps making me out to be this hard, scary woman. Really I am just a docile, loving and sweet angel emoticon . Anyway, if you need someone to keep you accountable, I can pound you a bit. I need some accountability with my eating candy at work. Today I did well...only had one little reese peanut butter cup. However, some days I can add up the calories in my sweet treats.

We are on the same team again.... emoticon

For number 4, get Charice to police you. She scared the urge to binge eat right out of me! emoticon Seriously, we made a pact not to binge and to be accountable for each other and it's worked really well for us! Envision disappointing or angering her and you won't eat! emoticon

    I strongly encourage you to consider Dr. Neal Bernard's 21-day Kickstart Program. You can find links to it & his book at www.PCRM.org. It's done wonders for me. I got the book for free through my local library & participated in the January Kickstart Program. There is another program starting in April. If you get the book, you can read about it ahead of time & kick some serious Bu** - it worked very well for me anyway. Good Luck.
