I have a good feeling about March. Feeling motivated to do well this week.

It looks at a few facts and research studies to determine which foods and types of exercise help burn fat. Pretty interesting. Though, I realized after reading the article that it was all things that I knew instinctively, but don't always put them into practice. I think this week is a good time to give some of it a try.
I haven't weighed in for a while. Mostly because I don't want to get stressed about it. I tend to get obsessed with the scale, and I am trying to avoid that right now. A number shouldn't determine my mood.
This week's goals:
Log everyday on SP or in notebook
Eat to Live for most meals (big focus on greens, fruits, and plant-based protein, and avoiding most carbs and sugars)
Burst training & Resistance exercise
