Oh my god, I am so excited about two things (I love, love, love, technology)!

1. A woman in my fitness class told me the Pandora app has a category for workout music. (Free!)

2. The iPhone app "Run, Zombies!" This is too fun - and effective, especially if you're a gamer, or just want to engage your imagination while you run or walk. Put on your headphones and listen: you are "Runner 5," who's survived a crash and is being put to the mission (via radio-operators, zombie fighters) of collecting supplies, documents, etc. -- all to the purpose of defeating a zombie invasion. You may choose whether zombies can track and follow you or not (you'll be told they're closing in so RUN!). I had the best time and attained my "best time" -- cut three minutes off my mile getting lost in the story (I've been working on moving from walking to jogging). It was $7.99, but totally worth it. I can't wait for my next "mission."

Too funny that you list Pandora. My husband and I last year did the MS150 City to Shore ride. My husband, who is like inspector gadget, made a holder on his bike for his iPhone. He played Pandora the entire ride the whole ride. People actually tried to keep up with him just to listen to Pandora as they rode. It was funny.
