Hi gang ,
I was being wishy washy making excuses since I was spending
extra time working on starting my business ..BUT they are over
and I have been eating better and am almost back on track as I
need to workout more and that will get worked in in the mornings.
Treadmill then go from there.... I keep going to take a video of the
Murray rental but my guy finishing painting always has junk lying
everywhere .. I told him to be done by tomorrow or no pay! The
Tenants move in on Thursday so if he hasnt finished we can shoot
down and do more. Honestly it was maybe 2 days worth to do and
he has been on it for 4 ... lol anyways it is pay by the job so whatever
as long as its done in time I will not fret. The wifee and I have done
most of the work there anyways. Well I got to get going!

February weight loss goal : 6.1 pounds (from 276 to 269.9) gained 14 pounds on my new medications.. Stopped taking them ..crazy gains with exercise and eating fairly well.
