Last week I did REALLY well! For me, anyway. Here's an update- on everything, except the gallstone issue.
Firstly: Food- I have overhauled my entire "way of eating", and am tracking daily. I only missed a couple of dinner updates as we went out to functions. Luckily, It was mostly finger food, so I was able to eat light. I have also found, that now, when I eat something too- "filling" I get an upset stomach. For example- yesterday, I had 2 mini snickers bars and my stomach revolted on me. It was screaming "What the heck is WRONG with you??"
Second: Exercise- Am doing AWESOME! As a matter of fact, I have a Zumba class at 10:45 today. Here's my schedule-
Zumba- 2 days a week
Jazzercize: 2 days a week
Yoga: once a week.
Weight training: 2x a week.
Elliptical- 1-2x a week
DVD's- so far, hoopnotica and Tai Bo- at least once a week.
I know it sounds like overkill, but I have it all scheduled out, I don't over exert myself and I get a form of activity daily. I allow NO excuses. adn at least I have a backup plan if I miss something. I have found that my energy has increased a LOT and I no longer need heartburn medication.
Third: Keeping healthy- I see my doctor tomorrow on a plan of action on the gallstones. Surgery will be LAST on my list! Currently, I am trying to flush them out. Fingers crossed! I see my chiropractor monthly to keep my body aligned. Am planning on a monthly massage. Yes- my muscles are a bit sore!
Thus far, I have gone from 183 lbs to 177. I have to make sure not to lose weight too fast as that is something that can aggravate the gallstone pain.
