I never thought my answer would be a mumbled concoction I thought I did things but I'm certain now I don't. I've been dreading coming to terms with life, we may have to move house soon and working 6 days a week is slightly counterproductive for any fitness but I'm kinda happy in a weird and twisted way this situation has put me out there to meet new people. It's forcing me to see the world in a different light!
To forget those who can't be bothered and just get going. I've signed up for a beer tasting and pole dancing lessons with people I've never met before and I'm so excited, I need to stop stressing start moving. Meet new people and become who I'm meant to be and stop holding myself back!
Little bit by bit I'll get out of this rut. I've started now there's no turning back.
Pilates tomorrow that's my treat to myself...no more food treats...I'm better than that!
