Great day all around. I went to my first Zumba class in quite a while. I actually was nervous. I drove with a friend from Josh's class. She is a sweet positive that I hope to spend more time with. The class was great. I had a great workout and made sure to be very safe with my foot. I worked out my waist and core and arms a lot! emoticon. It felt good but different. It didn't give me the whole rush I remember but I guess that is good. I'm restraining myself so I won't hurt myself. I think I'm coming at it this time with a solid foundation so I can continue dancing indefinitely. emoticon I will only go to full classes on Tuesday and Sunday for quite a while. I'm thinking of running again. I think it will be good to mix it up. Soooooo thanks again to my Sparkies have been standing by me while I recover. This has been one adjustment after another. What a ride. But at least I'm back to the emoticon emoticon two days a week! Feel the love emoticon

    I totally understand where you're coming from. Dealing with an injury is no picnic. Then to go back to doing what you were doing before...I would be feeling very, very cautious too.

Of course I have been here for you in the long run and I will be here for you still.

    Sounds like a good plan. Better to be safe now than to get hurt and have to be without your Zumba again!
