March 2012 Goals
1. Exercise 2500 minutes --I know I can do this one
2. Run 3 times a week -- With a long run at least 2 times in the month
3. Take one active rest day per week --Don't use rest day to just sit around. Active but not formal exercise.
4. Stay on track with nutrition --I can do it
5. Do Strength Training 4-5 times a week
7. Eat 6-7 Freggies a day
8. One day per week allow myself to go over calories by 100 or so. Just to reset my metabolism
Short and sweet....I wanted to post my goals for March. In February I got sick and my asthma stopped me from running one week. I kept exercising though.
