Well, new plan kept at it two days if I do a week maybe i will see results.
I chop up two or more carrots and two stalks celery and red apple and green apple and
dab raisins and any fruit i got or vegetables that go with them.
Put bowl in fridge top shelf I open and see . It becomes my snack . I eat a big bowl
before each meal. Also
got whole wheat fig Newton as my new cookie when i GOT to have ONE. Oddly two suit
me and other types I want much more haha.There yummy tho so plan to stay on them and
grandbaby loves them too.
Tried to find Dates in the store. No not a guy ha ha , but eatable fruit off the palm tree. So
this year all I see are chopped dates. I dont like idea of chopped up dates as i can not
So, my search for them goes on . Read there lots fiber more so than Prunes we do give
grandbaby a lot so Dates will be better.
Getting new hair cut Monday in hopes to cut drying time on hair. Boost my spirits.
Probably go to barely shoulder length and no bangs. Once your hair is thin bangs
only are super thin also. I do need them but there a pain .
Could not get to dr till April he is out of town. Suffering with one hip bad and pain in my back
on shoulder on other side of my body also. Guess it is arthritis as i also got swellings on
my collar bones of some unknown reason.
Plan to start using hula hoop this week daily with granddaughter who loves hers.
Hope all this will help move some tummy away from me. Summer be in FL soon as was
super hot last few days .
