This week I reached all my goals. I did Zumba 4 hrs. I went to a night class and then decided to stay for the 2nd class. I was having so much fun!! I was sore the next day but it was worth it. I lost 3.3lbs this week. I did week 2 of C25K. I will probably go ahead and repeat it this week. I don't feel like I am ready to move up to week 3 just yet. I didn't do my kettlebell. I plan to do a workout today. And I lifted once this week. I only have one day off and I think my body is starting to feel it. I am going to try and get a run and a zumba class in one day so it's not on seperate and I can rest. This Sat. I am going to my 1st Zumbathon! I am excited about it!! It should be fun!
I have 65 days til my cruise!
Oh I almost forgot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went dress shopping last night and got a 16 zipped!!!!!! I was so excited! It's been years since I have worn a 16. I didn't like the way it looked on so I didn't end up getting it. But it was awesome that it fit.
This weeks goal
1. At least 3 workouts of Zumba
2. Redo Week 2 of C25K
3. 1 Kettlebell workout
4. Lift weights 2 days this week
