I really had an awesome day!! I did my Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workout Cardio 1 twice (because that is what is says to do on the Jumpstart) and TurboFire 45 EZ. I think I burned like 1700 calories. I am trying to eat a litlle more because of that. I know I am suppose put half of those calories back in.
After my hubby got home from work our two dogs gave him the look...when are we going for a walk. I told them earlier when daddy gets home we will go on a walk and they sure did not let that promise be forgotten. It was a about a 30 minute walk; tomorrow is our day for a longer walk which means Dude (our poodle mix) will have to be carried because his little legs cannot handle it but our other dog Freddie (he is a Sheba mix~which are known to like very long walks) will handle it like a champ. They enjoy Sundays because of our walks.
Monday I start week 1 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I will not be doing any new exercises because of doing the JumpStart but I am sure excited to get the 90 started. I will definately keep everyone posted on the results I am going to have with this program.
So I have tried running but it really kills my arches. I do not know if that is normal and I should just push through it. I think I am going to back off the running of a 5k right now and try to lose some more weight because I think that will help my feet feel better. Plus it is going to start getting real warm here in AZ soon so I would not be able to run outside or even find a race to race in because of that.
I am super motivated and know that results are going to be coming real soon. I think I just need to dial in my diet a little more and the results will follow very soon. I am going to be making some soup and steaming some chicken tomorrow for my lunches next week. I seem to struggle on my lunches because I get busy around the house cleaning and exercising and I want something simple. That is when I make big mistakes.
